We had a fantastic experience with Al's! When our hot water heater gave out and started leaking last week we called Al's first thing the next morning and they had a new one installed by 11am that day. The team who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and they were mindful of floors and pets during loading/unloading. While I hope we won't have a need for their services again any time soon, I would 100% recommend Al's to anyone who does - thank you!

Service call from scheduling to completion was top notch! My initial call was promptly handled and the service call scheduled to occur within a day! The technician arrived on time and the work of replacing a leaking pressure relief valve pressure relief valve (T&P valve) was performed professionally and for a fair price. There was no upselling of unnecessary services. I had Al's install the present water heaters about 10 years ago and will call them when the present water heaters eventually need replacement.

They are very transparent about their services and price. I consulted with them over the phone and their responses were very helpful for me. I purchased my water heater and Al's Water Heater installed it. The scheduling was so easy and quick. When they arrived, we went through the process and they once again explained the costs and asked me they can start. This was a great opportunity for me to know their process and any changes in the costs. When they finished, they explained what they did and how to contact them after calling the manufacturer. These steps will be helpful because if I call Al's Water Heater and the heater needs a part that is under warranty, my costs will be higher since Al's techs need to come twice and they of course charge me for both. Al's was great! Realized we had a small leak in our 20 year old water heater so we called Al's. They were very helpful and explained our options for replacement. The new water heater was installed 2 days later and we couldn't be happier. Great price and they took care of all the permits/inspections.
