We reached out to Alternative Resurfacing Co to assist us with a ceramic tiled shower that all other companies were telling us needed replacement at a cost of $2200 plus. We got a call back and an appt set the same day. Their product and service is amazing. Yurick, the Technician, is a Master at color match and application. The shower literally looks brand new and very durable with a 5 year warranty. If you want to go with the BEST, look no further. We had our bathroom and laundry room refinished by Alternative Resurfacing and had a positive experience from beginning to end. After an initial consultation, they got back to us quickly and provided a reasonable quote. As for the day of, they arrived on time, were respectful of our home (by covering the flooring and bathroom fixtures), checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the final color and did a wonderful job overall. After they left, we had an incompetent contractor (who will remain unnamed) come in to install a new shower door and even through they installed the door, they did not put any protective covering on our BRAND NEW REFINISHED shower pan and damaged it and then denied any responsibility. I am a maintenance director for a senior living community and use these guys all of the time for a variety of projects. They have helped me resurface countertops and shower floors, along with installing grab bars and turning tubs into walk in showers for easier access. Always on time, friendly, and dependable. I highly recommend this company! We had two 1973 bathtubs that were in need of restoration. The workers always called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time and kept their workspace clean. My tubs are sparkling new and lovely thanks to their diligent work! Their pricing beat the other companies too!

This is not the first time I have used Alternative Resurfacing and it won't be the last. Their work is so good and they make sure clean up is perfect. This most recent upgrade is my favorite. Kris and team were able to show me the two tone cabinets (Stormy Gray bottoms, Bright White tops) from real cabinets they completed and I love it. This included new doors and handles.
