I cannot say enough great things about Gold Star’s work and service. They installed a HVAC for me and gave me different options with price points so I could decide what worked best for my house/budget. They completed the work quickly and for a very fair price. Cayde was always on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I later had a heating issue that was related to plumbing and NOT the HVAC… Cayde still came back multiple times on short notice to reset the system and ensure the entire system was working properly. 10/10 high quality work and customer service. You're not going to find a better HVAC company, there's no need to look! As a project manager, I have worked with Gold Star Heating & Air 100+ times. I've never had a single bad experience with them. Service is always prompt, thorough, well priced, high quality, on schedule, and professional. They stand behind their work and deliver quality service. Everything is done by the book and worry free. I have used their services in my own house as well as all of my projects. I will recommend them to anybody who needs HVAC work.

We woke up this morning with a very noisy furnace. We called Gold Star about 9am and they were here before 11. It was a bad blower motor. They gave us prices for motor and were able to get one. They went after it and was back and had it replaced by 1:30. This was great as we were having sub zero temperatures. I doubt the old motor would have lasted the day as it was really screeching. The gentlemen were respectful of our home and very professional. Our dog even approved.
