Very happy with Raptor Roofing's service. Levi came out to inspect our tile roof. We were worried birds were damaging the roof. Levi was straightforward and provided us with all the information we needed. He cleaned the bird nests off the roof and replaced some broken tiles. I'll use this company again without hesitation.

Ronny and the team and Raptor were great to work with! Not only did they do a great job replacing our roof, but they were very flexible and worked with our tight schedule to get the roof replaced to prevent any delays in closing on our house. I had a great experience with Raptor Roofing mainly because of my experience with Ronny Webb. He was the sales rep I dealt with and he is VERY responsive to all my texts and inquiries which stood out to me because I had an experience with another company where the sales rep would ignore me and I’d have to follow up multiple times to get answers. I just had some small damage to my gutter and roof due to a tree falling over and clipping the edge of my roof. Even though it wasn’t a full on roof replacement, Ronny still treated me like I was an important customer. The crew came out and completed the job very quickly and the repair looks great.

Levi is honest and does great work. He initially fixed my gutter in 2020. No job too small. I chose to work with him this summer 2023. Glad I did. Had another roofer trying to force me to work with him by threatening me. They were obviously getting kickbacks from the insurance inspector and vice versa. Glad I stuck with Levi. Everything worked out for the best and he did a fantastic job. Turnaround time was FAST!
