Amelia Overhead Doors

We can’t say enough great things about this company! We accidentally left a folding chair under the garage door when closing it, and the damage made it look like the door and tracks were completely ruined. We were preparing to spend thousands on a full replacement. Instead, Shawn came out today and worked a true Christmas miracle. In less than two hours, he had the door back on the tracks and working like new — all for under $200. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable, and honest from start to finish. We’re so grateful for the incredible service and wish we had called sooner. Highly recommend!

Our spring broke on our door. We called the first company that popped up on google and we’re quoted almost triple than what Amelia quoted us. I’m glad we got a 2nd opinion with Amelia Overhead Doors. Shawn was our technician and he came out and fixed the issue within 45 minutes of showing up. We were scheduled from 9-11 and Shawn showed up at 9:00 on the dot. I had to leave for an appointment and did not want to rush him, but he said not to worry and got the job completed quickly and with great customer service! I will be contacting Amelia Overhead Doors for any future work that needs to be done on our garage doors. Please call them and at least get a quote before spending more elsewhere.

Shawn, from Amelia Door , came out to install a new bottom rubber seal. There is a one hour minimum charge. Not only did he replace the seal quickly and efficiently, but with the extra time he lubricated the rollers, chains and adjusted the motor chain. He also noticed one of the 2x6's holding the side channel was loose and put additional screws in it to secure it. All of the things, except the seal, he did on his own without charging since it was within the one hour minimum. Outstanding service!!

The price was substantially lower than 2 other companies with a higher quality product. The door installation crew was great, they arrived exactly on time and completed the installation of the new door and removal of the old in under 2 hours. They took time to explain what they were doing and corrected a few things that were not exactly right with my old doors opener. I would highly recommend Amelia to replace your old garage door.
