I recently had a great experience with Maitland Mechanical, and I can’t recommend them enough. I had just come home from the hospital with my newborn, and of course, the AC decided to stop working. With the nights getting chilly, I was worried about keeping the house warm, especially for the baby. I called Maitland Mechanical, and they were able to send someone out that same day. Joel Linthicum, the technician, showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He got straight to work, and I could tell he really knew his stuff. We have had Jerry and his team do multiple projects on our house and would absolutely highly recommend them. Back in April 2020, Maitland did an outside AC unit, inside evaporator coil, and a gas new furnace. He gave me quality equipment and a great value for the labor. The big companies that most people know around Richmond were one and a half to two times his price. His employees wore mask because of the COVID-19 and kept things clean. Hard to beat the Maitland team’s level of service. Great front end service, owner is responsive and responsible; employees have all been professional to us. We’ve had seasonal tuneups and a full outdoor / indoor unit replaced by them. We had a minor issue with new air handler during extremely cold day and techs arrived within two hours; we would have been fine with waiting longer..def says a lot about their business / model of service.
