When it became apparent that the discoloration in the water was not related to the filter tank- I called Anderson Well and they sent a crew out to find out if the problem was the well. When Austin and his assistant, Jacob (J-Bird), arrived, I explained to them how the wellhead had been struck by lightning last summer. They removed the cover and shone a flashlight down the casing to reveal that the casing had been split and there was a large gaping hole in the side of the pipe where the clay was falling into the well! Austin said there would be no need to do the camera scoping as the casing pipe could be repaired and that he could be possibly have it fixed before the day ended! He would have to go back to the shop and pick up an excavator to dig the clay out around the casing pipe to make

Anderson drilled a new well for me after my bored well had started to fail due to surface water contamination. From start to finish, they were professional, answered my questions, and lead me down the entire process to include permitting and well location. When they came to install the pump system, they were able to save quite a few components from my existing well system, and tie in the my existing plumbing and electrical. They were affordable, professional and did an amazing job. I would put ten stars if I could. Thank you for your amazing work!

A technician got out to me same day right before the holidays and was able to get my well pump back up and running

We recently had our well pump and lines relocated and installed an extra water hydrant without any issues. Austin and Christy have been great to work with. We also had an issue that we were unaware of and Austin fixed it immediately and it solved a years long mystery! Never has our water pressure worked so well as it does now! We trust them completely. Highly recommend them for all your well needs. They responded quickly to fix my well pump. The two gentlemen that came out were nice, polite and extremely professional.
