Superior Walls of Central Virginia

Superior walls overall was excellent. This is my first home build and they were patient, informative and easy to work with. My design spanned more than a year with 7 revisions. Justin helped me get it right and was very helpful. Markel provided excellent guidance along with the detailed guides for my first time superior walls prep crew to nail the prep and Alan was professional and extremely helpful when we had a post installation issue. The team is FAST, they installed the hole basement in a day and left a clean job site. If I build again it will certainly be with Superior Walls!

Markel of Superior walls is flat out amazing. VERY clear communicator, goes out of his way to help, very knowledgeable and has great contacts if needed. The walls are more cost effective than poured walls, 5000psi concrete so water proofing is not needed, saves time and money on framing, and they come in insulated. I have worked with 3 folks at superior walls, and hands down, Markel is the best. Jeremy in drawing and Alan in production are great to work with on those ends. The set crews are FAST, efficient, friendly and hard working. As a builder, I am surprised that more companies don't switch from poured walls to superior.

I used to be a big fan of Superior Walls, especially after having them installed for foundation walls in spec homes I built several years ago. Back then, the quality was exceptional—walls were flat, joints were meticulously caulked, and the clean, broomed finish was visually pleasing. Window and door bucks were securely and carefully installed, and J bolts were placed with precision, making it easy for framers to add sill plates. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been quite different. Although the sales team was excellent, the quality and customer service have deteriorated significantly. I knew from family and friends that using Superior Walls was a preferable way of constructing insulated dry basements. Then I found out that these concrete walls could also be used for above -ground garage construction. After working with the Superior Walls team of Central Virginia, I decided to build a well-insulated 3-car garage that will not only house my vehicles but will also provide storage for household items that won’t get ruined by varying outside temperatures. The staff and crew at Superior Walls of Central VA were efficient, punctual and easy to work with. They arrived on site on Wednesday morning and completed the installation of the 30’ x 48’ x 10’ high walls in 2 hours. The ground work for the slab was completed on Thursday and the concrete slab was poured on Monday morning.

Markel with Superior Walls was a pleasure to work with. He communicated throughout the whole process. Justin the designer was very helpful and made any changes without hesitation. The crew installing left a clean site afterwards and did an amazing job. Would recommend to anyone.
