The whole job was efficient and the crew was friendly and easy to work with and very hard workers. The fence looks great. I would use this company again and I would recommend the company to a friend. Great job!

American Fence did a great job of enclosing our backyard with a beautiful horizontal, wooden fence, privacy wall and gates. All are very sturdy. Tom, the owner, was very responsive in providing detailed estimates promptly. Pricing was fair. The team who came out to build the fence was great - dependable, hardworking, efficient and courteous. I appreciated that they communicated well and explained what they were doing before they began doing any of the work so that I knew what to expect. They even built a nice mockup of the fence for me for my approval before they proceeded with the work. I'd recommend them if you need a fence built!

I called them because they put up the original privacy fence 8 years ago. Two of the panels of the fence were leaning badly into my neighbors yard. I was told that they couldn’t fit me in because they were booking weeks out. He was curt about. Don’t stand behind your workmanship, don’t be nice to the customer, oh that’s right I’m an old one. I never expected to get the work done for nothing. I was more than willing to pay. I did get a company out two days later who advised me that the posts were not dug deep enough and rotted. They had to replace the two posts and reattach the fence panels. Funny, how they could fit me in. No.

Had to wait 2 weeks for them to come give me a quote. After they showed up i had to call them 3 times requesting they actually send me the quote. Always promised they would do it the next day. I never got it. Guy was nice when he was here but obviously doesn't run a very reliable business. If he cant even send a quote back to someone not sure i would have confidence he'd show up to the job on time or do a nice job.

While I do not yet the final product, the process thus far has been completely efficient, cost effective and professional. Unlike so many contractors who feel the woman couldn't possibly be the decision-maker, Mark communicated with me as a civil human should in 2022. He easily understood the design I was after and customized a vinyl fence quote which was also very affordable. I really look forward to seeing the final product!
