Very unprofessional and rude. He replaced air conditioning unit and didn't pull the required permit and work done was not as per the codes. Neither he informed me or gave an option to pull the permit. Village of Aurora did the inspection and found that the work done was not as per the village code and there are multiple issues. When I contacted US Heating & Cooling, he was extremely rude and asked for $500 for the permit. He started blaming the resident. I would not recommend anyone using US Heating & Cooling even if they are willing do your work for free. Not a good experience at all.
