I had them come out to add a little bit of Freon to my air-conditioning unit not that it needed much. It was already cool and I just felt like it needed a little boost because I had not added Freon in about 10 years however, after they came out now, it is hot as piss in my house. They made it worse. I called them and they said that they would charge me a service fee just to come out and see what they did wrong so I called someone else to come and fix it, but it is incredibly frustrating because they should’ve done a job correct the first time like I said, my air conditioner was not tore up. It just needed a little bit of Freon. And I stepped out of my comfort zone of American heating and cooling because they are so backed up right now and I will not be doing that ever again.
