We lost the keys to our van and needed a replacement asap. I called and he came out within the hour to make us new ones. Very nice and professional. 10/10 recommend.

Lost our only set of keys to our spare car. Called and promptly made an appointment for the very day. He arrived early and made it look easy making a key from scratch. Definitely a great service to have locally.

Called Chuck and scheduled to meet onsite in Williamson, WV two days in advance. Being from Cincinnati, Ohio, it was important that this be scheduled. When I arrived Chuck was already working on a door key for my '97 F-350 and then made a key for the ignition. He was on-time, knowledgeable and brought exactly what I needed. I thank him for his service to our country and helping me out of a bind. I highly recommend!

Excellent Service! We was at Wendy’s Pikeville Downtown beside Bruce Walter’s had locked the car keys up and had called sheriffs, town, and state police along with Bruce Walter’s to get my Kia unlocked and know one had a lockout kit. Called Rowe’s Locksmith and he was here in 5 minutes and had the keys out in 2 minutes.

Lost our keys and needed our replacement key programmed. Called the gentleman. He did not hesitate to help. Very fast response and willing to drive miles out of his way to help. We found our keys and didn’t need his assistance but will remember him in the future if we need help again.
