I placed a call to Elliott HVAC, when my house reached 92 degrees. A service Tech responded, let me know my unit needed to de-ice, he would attend to another call & return promptly, & he did! He was quiet, confident, explained & answered all my questions, and never once complained of working in 90 + degree heat. You don’t get hard working people like this service tech, Shannon Darnell is above excellent, Elliott Companies should feel proud to have this individual represent your company!

Called Elliott HVAC service at 1:15 pm tech was at our house by 3:15 pm then replaced motor, pump, etc heat was back on before 5:00 pm. Reasonable pricing with A+ service could not of been more impressed. Very much appreciated

This used to be a great company to deal with. They used to be very helpful. Now they just try to rip you off any way they can. Like the fact that we have had several different technicians come to check our unit and it has always been the same price. Then today we had someone come out to check it and they wanted to charge us double because they said it took way longer to get to our house than any of the other technicians before. The last couple of times they have come and said nothing was wrong (even though something was obviously wrong or we wouldn't have called them) and then charged us for it. Mind you our unit is still under warranty, which is the reason we have even still been dealing with them.

Update: Yesterday Philip said the part that I need to fix my heat pump is "not in stock they have ordered it and they may have it in a few days, call back later" Got a call 10:00am this morning from Philip. He was very nice this time and said that they have the part there at the counter for me to pick up. Which I did because fixing my heat pump is more important than fighting with them and it does seem to have fixed it. They still didn't do the right thing but at least they did the minimum required by law which is to replace the part under warranty. I will make sure everyone I know or meet knows how much they care for their customers. Elliott Heating and cooling refuses to fix my two year old Heat Pump after I have paid them. I called and for ac service on July 30, 2022. A gentleman came out that day and inspected the unit and determined the compressor was out. I was told that his boss would call me the next day with an estimate for a new compressor and a new unit, as the one we have was older. I was charged $135.00 for this call. Well then, the flooding started in the area, so I did not get a call the next day and I did not expect one. I waited 2-3 weeks and called them back to get my quote. I was told that the person I needed to speak with was out of the office, so I left my name, my number, the order number from my receipt, and why I was calling. I received no call back.
