I was looking to replace seven windows on my home, and the quote from American Home Center was significantly better than any other company I contacted. On the day of installation, the crew was punctual, and did a fantastic job with both the installation and clean-up. I recently used American Home Center to replace my very old windows and a couple of doors. The prices were very reasonable, and I also saved some money when they told me one window and one door I planned to replace didn't really need replacing. The online estimate was easy to obtain based on my rough measurements, and then Robert came out and did his own official measurements. The installation was done very professionally. My only complaint is that they damaged the concrete on my back steps during the door installation and didn't tell me. I discovered it later. I was able to patch it up and will repaint it, so it's a minor issue but I would have appreciated them being forthcoming about it. I still give them 5 stars and I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience on the replacement of my patio door. The Pro Via door provided by AHC is a quality door at a very good price compared to others I priced. The installation team protected all areas during the install and did an excellent job. I highly recommend AHC.

We had a huge job - 25 windows and 3 doors to replace the original 1960 windows and doors in our home. From start to finish, American Home Center has been easy and pleasant to work with. No sales person came to my house to try to upsell me on stuff we didn’t need, or offer me huge discounts if I paid in full RIGHT NOW. I measured my windows, submitted an online estimate request and within 8 hours I had a very reasonable estimate for excellent windows. When I accepted the estimate, they came to the house for exact measurements and we sorted the details. Their final price came in a full $25,000 less than the next-lowest estimate I received (I met with 7 different companies, and 2 used the exact same window specs as AHC for a real apples-to-apples comparison). Used this company to replace our front door. All went well until after installation. We had to call the company out 3 times to make adjustments because door wouldn't close right. The last time they came, I noticed I had to push on the door in order to lock it. When I mean push I mean lean in with my body, or the lock would not engage. The owner came this time. He told me that it's normal to need to lean in and push to be able to lock it. He said "that is how you lock a door" I disagreed and asked for an adjustment. At this point he raised his voice as he again repeated this is how you lock a door. I pointed out that he was now raising his voice in my home and it was not ok. He apologized and left. Decided to take out my husbands tools, watch a youtube video and fixed it myself.
