America's Home Place - Sunbury, OH

AHP has been great to my wife and I since day 1! Greg was fantastic with helping us work through details of our dream home. Grant was super helpful at the final review meeting going through every detail and ensuring that we knew exactly what to expect. We can’t say enough about how understanding and helpful Mason has been as the Project Manager. This was his first project with AHP and he has been fantastic. He is constantly updating us on schedule and has been completely transparent on any problems that come up. He has gone the extra mile on several occasions to make sure we get a good quality end product. He has even taken matters into his own hands to keep the project on or ahead of schedule.

Our family had an AMAZING experience with America's Home Place! Our experience began the first time we stepped into the model houses to the very last closing. Everyone was very friendly and there to help no matter what. They took their work seriously and did every single step the right way. They communicated with us through every step and answered every question we had along the way. Grant was our project manager and we knew we could always count on him. We can't say enough positive comments about our relationship with him during this process. We are more than happy with our wonderful home & we can't thank America's Home Place enough!

We just built our forever home in Sunbury Ohio and Americas Home Place did an Amazing job! We were informed of every step and from start to move in was 4 months!
