I received a text confirming that they'd be here Thursday morning to do my driveway. Wednesday morning, they showed up with an entire crew. I explained that today wouldn't work, since we weren't expecting them, and asked them to come on the scheduled day. Walter was pushy and wanted to do the work today. I pointed out that he'd told me they were coming tomorrow, and I shared the text where it was confirmed. I was told I'd have known they were coming today if I "picked up my phone," at which point I was told he'd called "15 times" the day before. (Zero calls on Tuesday.) I explained that we j
