Burlee's Excavation & Drains

In late spring of 2020, our home in Columbus Ohio was hit with an early morning down pour, flooding our backyard and causing the water to move right past the current drain system and into our lower floor family room. As a result, we sought out the help of Burlee’s Excavation & Drains. Burlee’s came highly recommended by several reliable sources. Brett and his team, within two days, added to the current drain system and graded the soil to move the water out of the backyard into the front yard. Burlee’s was professional, reasonably priced and reliable. I would definitely recommend!

Reached out to Burlee's Excavation to address a major drainage problem in my front yard. Neighbor highly recommended Burlee's. Another drainage contractor attempted to correct this problem and did not address the cause and only made matters worse. Brett immediately identified the cause of the problem and the solution. He rerouted to downspout drain lines to a different location and the yard stared draining immediately. Performed camera inspection of all downspout drain lines to ensure they were intact and not blocked. Wish I would have used Burlee's initially and would have saved thousands of dollars. Highly recommend. Honest, knowledgeable and excellent work.

Brett is experienced (over 20 years in the business), smart, reasonable, honest and a great and prompt communicator. I wish I'd contracted with Brett to do the original work of placing a clean out in my yard connected to the main sewer. He corrected the previous contractor's negligence which resulted in a broken water line and flooding in my lower level. In March 2021 Brett laid a new sheathed copper water line at my home and had proper inspection done (unlike my previous contractor) which he passed with flying colors. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Brett was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable, fair, kind, and great with communication. I will continue to use Burlee's Excavation & Drains for any other drainage or site work that may need to be done at my business or residence.
