Rafael and the royal concrete team gave amazing customer service. They are so hard working and willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy. I had them come and fix terrible work done prior by a pool company around my pool. They cut out the problems and replaced the area with pavers. Royal Concrete, you are awesome! While strolling through our neighborhood, we observed your crew working on a patio, and the quality of the job was impressive. After speaking with a. member of the crew, we made a phone call to schedule a patio for our home. A couple of weeks later, the framing crew arrived and began the process. A vision was becoming a reality! Following the weekend, the cement truck delivery rolled down the street. Yay! We are feeling so satisfied with the new space. Royal Concrete filled top soil around the patio and the tracks in the side yard, and added grass seed to bring the work areas back to life. We wanted to take a moment to thank the crew at Royal Concrete for an excellent job. They installed a new driveway, a large pad for our parking area and a new sidewalk with steps. Everything looks great and we are extremely satisfied. All of the crew was very courteous and professional. The work was all completed in a timely manner and right on schedule. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and all of it at a very reasonable and affordable cost.
