Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning

The company I work for in Fletcher had an A/C failure last year, and Anderson was the only company who could send an estimator out within 24 hours. Not only did they come in lower than the other bids, but their installation was prompt, and could not have been nicer. They are just a family-friendly kind of business, and their follow-up is great! I highly recommend Anderson.

Got to the mountain house was 48 degrees.Called Stews who installed my unit less than 6 months ago and they couldn't get me in there schedule .Anderson came within an hour went over the whole unit.Changed out a capacitor . 70 degrees and toasty. They were AWESOME to work with. Dave was our service man.Really nice ! Highly recommend them!!

Oh my goodness, what a great experience with a quality professional! They responded right away and did a thorough job of checking out our system. Technician came and made a quick diagnostic decision on my ac unit. This was Wednesday. Part came in on Friday at 4:30 ish. Didn't install until Sunday at noon. All good things to say... but we struggled for communication. All in all I'm happy.

Earlier this month the Anderson team installed a new Trane Heat Pump HVAC system in our home. Their quote was the most competitive, complete and comprehensive versus two other vendors.
