My daughter was driving down I-40 in Knoxville when a boulder came flying off one of their flat beds and hit the front end of her car. Their driver kept going. We tried calling them and they were very rude, wouldn't give their insurance info, and refused to pay for our damage. They lied and denied the rock came off their truck. We had to go through our own insurance. Because they denied our claim our insurance had to file arbitration and win in order to get them to pay for the repairs to my daughter's car. These folks are dishonest liars. They fought us every step of the way. They are unsafe drivers and will eventually get someone killed.

I have been a customer for several years. Always a good outcome. This time I was trying to get them to help me with the design and cost for an outside fireplace. I started on June 12 with a phone call, never called back. Made two trips to the store and finally got to talk to who I needed to. Conversation was yeah I’ve been meaning to call you but have been busy. I promise I will get with you in a couple of days. Never hear back from him but about three weeks later I get a call and another guy said that he would handle the project. This is July 14th. He actually met with me the next day. We had what I thought was a good conversation. He told me that I needed to come by the shop and pick out “rocks”. I did, he was a no show. Later he said he got tied up out of town. I buy stone, supplies and tools here. You should consider them as your supplier as they has a vast variety, well stocked, will order and reasonable pricing.

Very nice organized facility. Well stocked and lots to choose from. Great helpful people. I went in at my landscapers request and was treated with friendly service. Quickly got my order and was happy with the pricing. Great job guys. 👍
