These guys are amazing! From the time they came out to quote everything (which was considerably less than other competitors) through the installation process, they were wonderfully professional. They helped us work through a couple challenging issues to our satisfaction. Ivan was clearly an expert and along with Randy and Justin, their teamwork was exceptional. Mark and Derek also provided excellent support services from start to finish. I would highly advise anyone to use Blue Ridge Heating and Air!

The customer service and maintenance team here are outstanding! Kelly is incredibly patient and always responsive, even taking the time to reply to my emails during her off hours. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and with great care—they won’t stop working until everything is completely resolved to your satisfaction. The entire team is professional and friendly, with special thanks to Will for his great attitude. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and his plan to fix it. Truly exceptional service all around!

Augustin and Derek were great. They arrived on time, were professional and explained the condition of our hvac system. We are on their 2x yearly service plan which helps us make sure our system is running the most efficiently it can. I would highly recommend Blue Ridge Heating & Air for your HVAC needs.

I want to Shout out to Derek Owen. He came to fix our heat pump at Moody Connolly Funeral Home, but the fan motor had gone out, and Derek thought it would be next week before the part would be here to fix it, He found out they can fix it tomorrow. YAY! We really like Derek here he is a very nice guy, very polite, and we love his personality. He is the best!

Cory came today to check on my unit and make sure it was in good shape for spring-time. He was thorough and professional and very respectful of our space. Highly recommend BRH&A and 5-star review for Cory and his help. Thank you!
