Sears Appliance Repair

The technician did not show up on the scheduled service day. I tried to resolve the issue through the Lowe’s Protection website, but the site keeps having technical problems. Could you please advise how I should proceed?

Bought best extra warranty available, had stove died 2 weeks b4 thanksgiving never saw or spoke to one person until Dec and5 that's over a month with no stove , the tech was the best part super nice but the whole AI service that sears has going on is terrible there is no care or concern will never buy from a big box store again spend the extra money and go to a local appliance store where they actually stand behind their name and reputation. Sears is a joke and the worst is they know it but don't care .

On time. Very professional. He knew right off what the problem was. Ordered the parts and was back in a few days to install. Great guy would use again

Covered by my Lowe’s Extended Service Contract, reviewed areas of a possible leak and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner.

Wonderful repairman quickly removed the damaged dryer part and replaced it with the proper part that Sears had previously shipped to us. How quickly he got the dryer heating again! Only problem was a one month delay from the time warranty service was requested due to two postponed appointments (not the repairman’s fault, but the company has NO ONE that you can talk to when the automated messages don’t do what they say will happen - such as warning you the night before the repair man arrives). We got one appointment postponed two weeks while the part was ordered, but the part arrived within a few days. For the next appointment we waited all day and no one showed up and then when it was rescheduled for a week later we got only a 90 minute warning via text and email before this great repairma
