I had been trying to get mr dryer fixed for almost 3 months through other vendors my warranty company sent out. Once Angel AC was assigned to my claim I had a working dinner within a week! Javier was very efficient and polite. He showed me whah the issue was and where previous technicians had messed up and ordered the part the same day like he said he would. He came back out the following week and fixed my dryer I’m not time. Excellent service and I will definitely use them again if I have another issue.

Our AC went out and we were covered under Choice Home Warranty, who sent Angel AC LLC to our home. From the very beginning, this experience felt dishonest and predatory. On the first visit, the technician claimed the issue was a vent problem. They “cleaned” the vent, charged us for it, and the AC still didn’t work. On the second visit, they charged us another service fee and then claimed the issue was a welding problem. We were then charged $625 for welding work, which was done very poorly. A few days later, the AC still wasn’t working. When they returned again, they suddenly said it was another issue. At that point, it was clear we were being taken advantage of. Avoid this company like the plague. If your Home Warranty forces you to use them, beg for another company... here's some background on how atrocious they are: Visit #1: As part of my Home Warranty to fix plugged A/C coil, Angel AC LLC was assigned to replace my outdoor A/C unit and the coil (because I needed new freon). They did so successfully, but messed with the wiring on my unit and my thermostat and broke my whole-home dehumidifier. Every time the dehumidifier would come on, it caused the A/C compressor to start for 15 seconds and then trip, over and over and over again. I called. They sent a technician to fix the issue the next day. Visit #2: The technician came and disconnected the wires to the dehumidifier, saying he didn't know how to fix dehumidifiers. When he did so, he

This company was assigned by my Home Protection policy to complete the installation of a downdraft cooktop and failed to provide proper service. Upon arrival, the lead installer stated that modifying the connecting pipe to the exterior vent was not within their scope of work. Before I had the opportunity to clarify the matter with a representative from my policy provider, the lead installer—whose name I was not given—claimed that I had been disrespectful. Shortly thereafter, both the lead installer and the installer, Javier, left the premises without completing the job. This experience was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend a company that does not provide proper customer service or make reasonable efforts to resolve issues before abandoning a job.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this company is. Chris is so polite, honest and trustworthy. He didn’t try to upsell me. He diagnosed the problem and fixed my unit. I will keep their number handy for future repairs.
