Animas Glass

Thank you again Animas Glass! This is the first time I used them under new ownership and it was the easiest process plus the price was low! My windshield was replaced on time and the recalibration was done correctly.

Animas Glass has popped up more times recently than I expected a glass shop to. First I used them to replace my cracked windshield which they did on very short notice, quickly, and with impeccable service. Then, not three days later I found out that my mom had contacted them to come take a look at the windows in her house to prepare the house for selling, and they worked with her to find the best fastest and most cost effective way to replace or fix the double pane windows that were failing. Wildly different reasons to get in touch with them, excellent experiences both times. Plus I found out that they also do picture frames, which I plan to trash out about for some wedding photo gifts for my folks this year. Love these guys. 10/10

Not a good first impression. Called Animas Glass to fix a rock chip on our way into Durango. They said yes, bring it by today and that they could fix it. We show up at 2:00 that afternoon and explained that we called earlier. They told us sorry, we can't fix it today. Ended up using a mobile competitor who took great care of us.

I drove an hour to have a chip repair. I spoke with them before I left and also gave them a call 15mins away. She said to come on in, I was expected. When I arrived, a man that seemed upset I came through the door tells me, we can’t help you. Come back another day. Then he just turns around and walks away. Could had told me to screw off when I called, saved me the trip! So unprofessional

Save yourself a headache and go someplace else. My entire experience was a total disaster! I was adamant about keeping my business local and even went through extra steps to get my insurance to cover my windshield replacement through Animas Glass. What a MESS! Within a week of my windshield being replaced my molding was flapping and falling off. I took it in and they did their best to put it back on. A week later - same thing. Finally the owner stepped in and agreed it was a botched and poor job by his employee and apologized. I did not make a big deal about it and worked with them to remedy the problem. He ordered a new molding piece and after weeks of waiting he graciously put it on… except upon unpacking realized it was bent. Not their fault. So, back at it. With 3 young kids dropping o
