Great crew in 2017 and another great crew in 2026. Animas Valley Arborist has done excellent work fire mitigating our home. These two events were a lot of work totaling over $18,000, so I'm reviewing based on every aspect of fire mitigation work. Crews work knowledgably, efficiently, and safely. We were in good hands both times they came.

Rick and his team were quick to answer the call, respond and get me a reasonable bid in a timely manner. They did the work as described, in the time estimated and had no changes in price. They communicated with my neighbors professionally, helping them with their questions and concerns. Great Experience, good price, professional work.

Animas Valley Arborist has done LOTS of tree care for me for literally over 40 years. From removal of huge trees that posed a safety issue to routine and not-so-routine pruning as well as the planting of "young newcomers" to my yard. The crew(s) and staff are intuitive, communicative and pleasant to deal with. (The prompt phone and email responses are much appreciated.) I operate a crane for a living, and have been hired by Animas Valley Arborist to assist in several tree removals, or to trim trees back where personal property is in danger. As a crane operator, tree removal can be very stressful for me as the weights are usually a guess but this team is always working with safety in mind and has always made me feel comfortable with the cuts to be made.
