Anthony & Sylvan Pools

Anthony & Sylvan of Richmond, VA did a superb job with our pool! Tom was the first person we met and he was outstanding and truly knowledgeable about pools. We had a few other sales reps from other companies come by, but they were quite off putting. Tom was thorough and knew exactly what we wanted, but he also provided great ideas to make our pool even better! Ben and Regan were our AMAZING project managers and they were constantly making sure we were on track but also provided us with details on what was coming next. They paid very close attention to detail and were constantly making sure every aspect of the pool was correct. We chose Anthony & Sylvan because of their reputation and reviews. We were not disappointed! From the first consultation with Tom, to scheduling with Chloe, and all of the project management with Ben and Reagan communication was always at the forefront. Our questions were always answered timely and kindly. Our requests were always considered and they did everything to make our vision come to life. We have a unique shaped lot and the design has made the yard feel so much more useable and welcoming. We are so beyond happy with the way the project turned out and we are so excited to use the pool this summer.

In September 2023, Anthony and Sylvan began installing our salt water plaster pool and hot tub. The team members were competent, reliable, and trustworthy. It has been a pleasure working with Anthony and Sylvan from the start to the finish. Beginning with Tom's ideas for an extremely difficult backyard footprint, with many restrictions, and continuing through the construction process, Al and Vicky made sure the subcontractors completed each step in a way that represented our aspirations. The Sylvan team of Chloe, Ben, Tom, Regan, Vicky, and Jenn are awesome at designing, building and managing the project. They have a multi step guideline that allows the customer to track what step they are currently in and what the next step will be. We had the pleasure of working with the Anthony & Sylvan Ashland group to design and install our pool. We had a steep slope & easements to work around and they delivered a very pleasing design (thank you Fuller R.) that accentuates the beauty of our backyard now. As with any construction, there are always issues to address along the way, and this team did an excellent job responding immediately, communicating effectively, and making sure that their high standards were always met. Vicky B is a true asset to A&S, as she is a strong leader, and Fuller R was dedicated & fun to work with! Thank you also to project managers Al & Austin who were very informative along the way.
