Driver goes straight while using left turn signal, ignores "no trucks over 5 tons" regulatory sign in a dump truck towing an excavator. Trailer only has one working brake light. Driver then doesn't use turn signal while turning left at the bottom of the hill he was not supposed to drive down in the first place. If they're not safety focused while driving a big truck with the company name plastered on it, imagine how safe they are when no one's watching (on a job-site)
