They were recommended by our insurance company, showed up at 8:30am did half the job and left at 1pm. Our contract said it would take one or two days Two days if there were problems, we cleared all objects, walkways and made it easy for them to move about, kept our dogs in the back and they worked half a day and left our house half done. I will never use them again and I do not recommend them. There was absolutely no reason to not finish the job.

We called AOI in conjunction with a local contractor who refers out to them for certain jobs and have worked with Logan for months. We needed a full remodel of my in-laws’ new home close to ours. The job started out fairly simple but with several things going on with my in-laws’ health it got much more complicated than what we first requested as far as our own timeline, scope, etc. Logan has been supremely patient with the changes and complications. Brad has also been extremely informative and both provide lots of updates to keep me up-to-date as the project has going on.
