AOK Heating Air Conditioning Electrical

Update 1/15/26: AOK came out today to assess the soot covered areas and obtain information to provide an estimate for the power vent. They were professional and polite. The basement area, that I requested to be cleaned, was cleaned very well. The siding outside was cleaned but needs more attention; to which they are going to contact another company for cleaning. We are happy again. Thank you. (Updated photos below) Have used AOK for the past few years (oil burner/boiler cleaning/service/PM) and have been very happy. This past service they sent a man (maybe new, was not here before) and about 10 days afterwards (cleaning/service/PM) my basement is full of soot, the outside of my house by the vent up the siding is black with thick soot. The problem took some time to resolve while parts were ordered so they brought us heaters to keep our house warm. We were without heat for several days due to ordering parts but you supplied us with extra electrical heaters for our home Your service on our gas burner was amazing You diagnosed the problem and after fixing that problem you found another and happily after that issue you fixed the problem which another company messed up when they serviced it. Prior to this issue we had no problems with our furnace you installed over 10 years ago. Shout out to Gabby and AOK, boiler went out following a bad snow storm and had no heat. All other companies in the area had 2 day wait lists but Gabby manage to swing by very shortly after I called. She was able to diagnose the problem quickly and ordered the part. Miraculously, the gas valve decided it wanted to work again overnight. Called Gabby back to let her know and even offered to still have the part replaced but she said to just monitor and she would still be on standby with part to replace so to save us money. Very honest and professional. Price was very reasonable for emergency call. Thanks again for coming to our rescue.

The crew at AOK did a great job at our office. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with everything. We planned the project to be completed outside of normal business hours, and although it took several weeks to plan, they followed through on time with great results. Would recommend to any business.
