Jason from Home Comfort Solutions did my yearly heating system tune-up and inspection, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was checking and why it mattered. He worked efficiently, was very respectful of my home, and made sure everything was running safely and optimally before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing things the right way by not rushing through just to get to the next job. Very impressed with there service from the friendly office staff to the technicians sent to my house. Had another company out to fix my oil burner that took 2 days to come out and another 2 days to order parts in the middle of January through my frustration of this i stopped in at Home Comfort Solutions they sent there technician and vo-tech trainee out within 2 hours an hour later my oil burner was up and running no waiting on parts no waiting days to come and training our youth very impressed thank you

Heater died on Thursday and by Monday a new unit was installed. We were very happy that Home Comfort provided heaters to keep our house nice and warm. When we first had the problem ( exhaust blowing into our house) Denna got right on it and had Will out there pronto to asess the problem. Paulie and Dan did a great job installing the unit. Polite and friendly people to work with.
