Im absolutely beside my self . After years of using this company and referring them to clients and associates, I have to say I will never use them again. We contacted them to replace a bad float switch on a septic pump. There was some confusion about what the problem was when Mike arrived, my wife reviewed with him what was wrong. However he had it in his head that he was going to sell a pump that day. He is absolutely correct that it was older but it has been working just fine. After some back and forth he agreed to make the repairs we requested. Ten days later either the new part or the workmanship failed. He did return and once again tried to blame the pump. After he opened a clean out in an attempt to prove the pump was bad, and got a gray water geyser, he begrudgingly agreed to fix

When my shower and toilets started backing up on a Saturday, I called Barbosa Sewer and Drain. Within 10 minutes of leaving a voicemail, they responded, and a technician arrived at my house within an hour. He was highly knowledgeable and came prepared with a pump truck to empty my full septic tank. When additional work was needed, he quickly returned with a service truck to complete the job. The pricing was very fair, especially for an emergency call. I couldn’t be more impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I use Barbosa for my routine septic cleaning. Today I had an issue with my pump and had a great experience with Adrianne. She was very polite and efficient trying to get me someone who could help me as soon as possible as we were unable to use most necessities in our home. The servicemen Steve who was sent out to help was also very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to get my pump up and running and get us back to working condition even during this wintery snow/rain mix without complaining once. I will be using them again of course and would recommend them to anyone.

From the initial phone call with Adriana I knew I had the right company. Steve the technician was right on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very nice. The price was great. He cleaned out my septic and explained everything I will use them for my septic needs from now on .
