The Technician who came, Devin was absolutely pleasant & professional! He offered his services with a smile, great cordial conversation, expertise in his skills performing the maintenance on my Rinnai Heater I have in my basement. He said it would be about an hour, but he finished way before that - only an experienced and knowledgeable technician could do that! Thanks so much Devin!

We were stuck with almost no oil and we’re not a current customer of RF Ohl. They helped us out within 24 hours when no one else could, specifically Jill, she went above and beyond to make sure we got service as fast as we could. We appreciate the fast service to keep our house warm. True professionals! Top notch service highly recommend.

MIL had service done on her heater. Tech brought along a trainee. Tech wore the paper booties and did the job but trainee wandered the hallway without shoe covering. The photos show what we have to clean! The starting cap was replaced last year by them and now it is weak and needs to be replaced again? Maybe, but the floor definitely needs to be cleaned!

Erica was the original individual that helped me transfer my oil service and maintenance from Suburban Propane, she is AWESOME, so friendly, kind and helpful!!! I spoke with her today to schedule my tune up and also had questions on how much oil I have in my tank due to the upcoming storm. She always goes above and beyond even for minor things!!! I have not received any services thus far as my appointment for the tune up is Wednesday, February 11th @ 8:00am. Thank you again Erica, you ROCK!!!

I called because I my house ran out of oil last night and I have a baby so with the storm coming I was very worried about keeping my home warm. I called and left a voicemail after hours and not sure the lady’s name but she called back and she was nice friendly and courteous. I told her my concerns and she said she will call a driver to see if he is in the area to get us some oil. I said perfect I was out getting some groceries for the house to prepare and when I came home the driver pulled up 10 min later friendly as well. Thank you so much keeping my family warm during this storm. I am more then grateful for you service
