Apex Fencing Academy

My son has been here for 1 year and moved up a level a few months ago. The owners and coaches are top notch. This is a great program with high standards and a realistic approach to training. The athletes are treated well. The culture is perfect for mature children looking for an outlet for personal improvement.

My son and I fence at Apex Fencing Academy. My son started at 9 years old in the U10 class. Over the years he's progressed through beginner, intermediate and now competitive programs. Coach Kriszti & Coach Igor have been there every step of the way. We recently moved into our own Apex location (from Middle Creek Community Center), and the new location offers more space, regulation strips, and a more serious atmosphere. Whatever your level, beginner, recreational or competitive, there's a place for you at Apex Fencing Academy.

We just completed the beginner lesson series at Apex Fencing Academy. Coach Igor and Coach Kriszti were fantastic. My daughter loved this experience and were are excited to move on to additional lessons. I *highly* recommend. This is a welcoming environment that teaches kids (and adults) the importance of technique, discipline, and perseverance.

We have only just started at Apex Fencing Academy and are basing this review purely on the appearance of the school. Having come from a more polished and specialized fencing school in Washington, we were a bit spoiled and found this one to be rather drab. It resembles a karate studio that's been converted into a fencing school. It's important to note that we are currently in the introductory portion of the school, not the advanced one, which is located at a different site. We hope to update this review with a higher rating once we have a better understanding of their classes and teachers.
