We've used Apex Heating/Air for several years and always had good service. Recently we woke up to no heat during a cold spell, and had guests coming that afternoon. They were able to get someone out in just a couple hours, had the required parts in the van, and fixed it in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Michael promptly arrived to diagnose my AC unit, and I appreciated his professionalism and expertise. However, he informed me that the unit needed replacement rather than providing a temporary fix. While I was hoping for a quick repair, I understand that Michael’s recommendation is based on what’s best for the long-term functionality of the system. His honesty and commitment to quality impressed me. Although I’m disappointed about the replacement, I trust his judgment.
