Ed was a fantastic find. My old house is unique, beyond challenging, and was desperate for someone who cared to do the work correctly. I was impressed from the beginning with Ed’s responsiveness, willingness to answer questions, and professionalism. He clearly knows how to run a business. He worked hard for many days, going above and beyond every step of the way. I am extremely grateful for every single effort and just thrilled with the result. I can’t thank him enough!

We used Ed last fall and I can't speak highly enough! I had several quotes for a new furnace and had been wanting consultation about heat pumps to potentially replace our air-conditioner. The other vendors I spoke with had little to knowledge on the subject and were not as professional. Ed, however, provided extremely detailed and helpful feedback about heat pumps and the different associated federal incentives at the time; he also listed out a variety of options we could consider for replacing our old furnace, priced out heat pumps, and showed what would be compatible. Ed came out after a bad storm that had my AC unit rattling constantly and sounded like it was going to blow. I feared that it would be a dead unit and cost thousands. After looking at it, he said he was surprised after seeing the video of the noise but it was not busted. Ended up just needing a good cleaning which I happily paid for. My experience with HVAC providers had me worried I would end up paying 10X as much but Apex is honest and will get all of my business in the future.

Ed did an absolute A 1 JOB! I had reached out to R and P and another company with no response. Ed had the job done in a day and with it being cheaper than the big guys. I highly recommend Apex and Ill be calling them for the future of this house and our next. He replaced the whole ac unit and took the old one away
