Tech Killian was very professional, efficient and paid attention to details. Originally assigned to replace a broken torsion spring, a thorough inspection revealed another problem…a rusted cable attachment and a frayed cable saving me another breakdown failure and additional house call charge. All the new replacement parts were on the truck and the repairs, cleanup and lubrication of all movable parts was completed in under two hours. Made the call to Overhead at eight in the morning and had a like new garage door by 1 PM… all at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again and I would recommend.

Overhead Door went out of their way to accommodate my needs on a very hectic and stressful day. Danielle set up a perfect appointment for me. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. But then I was in the midst of an emergency when Killian called to say his was on his way. He kept checking in and adjusting until I could finally be home for my appointment. Channing Olson was my service technician & he installed a new garage door for me. He was prompt, professional & courteous, & friendly. He called to let me know what time he would arrive, he answered all my questions & pointed out some situations that I might have with my garage in general. Everything was cleaned up when he left.
