Kris and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They first installed a range hood in our kitchen last year, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and completed on schedule. Communication was excellent the whole way through and Kris takes pride in doing things the right way. While working on the range hood, I mentioned that we were trying to figure out how to make our three-season room more usable since it was almost always either too hot or too cold. Kris suggested installing a mini split and it was a game changer. Thanks to his recommendation and installation, we now have a space we can comfortably use year-round. The process was very easy for me. Kris and his team braved the cold weather and snow to do the install, and did a great job troubleshooting along the way

Kris was phenomenal! He was communicative, punctual, and showed great care to details. He genuinely listened to any concerns we had regarding our HVAC needs to help us find the best solution. He was also VERY patient and kind to our inquisitive and curious little kiddos. He’s obviously a family man with high values. Division has won us as customers for life!!

Best spur of the moment call I have ever made. Had an issue with my furnace, we called and kris responded right away. He came out and took care of our problem. Fast excellent service. He explained everything he was doing, I will definitely be recommending him. We will definitely be using him in the future.

WE GOT AHOLD OF KRIS WHEN OUR FURNACE WAS ACTING UP. HE GOT SOMEONE RIGHT OUT TO CHECK INTO IT. ENDED UP JUST A SERVICE CALL BUT SUGGESTED A NEW SYSTEM BECAUSE OURS IS PRETTY AND I'M SURE ON ITS LAST LEG. PRICES WERE GOOD! KRIS IS A GREAT GUY AND VERY TRUSTWORTHY. WILL FOR SURE BE CALLING HIM IF WE HAVE ANY MORE ISSUES.
