My wife and I are so pleased with our new Worthouse Metal Shingle Roof installed by Apex Roofing of Milledgeville. We finally have the peace of mind to not have to worry about our roof for the years to come. Their guys were great at communicating everything and making sure to stay within the budget we agreed to. Ryan answered my (probably endless) list of questions at every interval and made sure I was comfortable with all decisions made. They truly went above and beyond from the first call I made before I even made the decision to go with them for our roof on our forever home. Ryan came and gave me a reasonable price for 3 different roofing packages. Because his pricing was reasonable, I was able to go with the metal roofing package. I shopped around and got 4 different companies to write me appraisals. 2 were in the solar system somewhere and 2 were very close to each other. I feel like I made the right choice. I've been thoroughly pleased and impressed with the workmanship AND the service.

Ryan with Apex Roofing came out to give us a roof replacement quote and was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable—not just about roofing, but also about financing options—and took the time to walk me through everything clearly without pressure. He was respectful of our home and kept disruption to a minimum, but still made sure to announce his arrival and explain the entire process so there were no surprises. He was approachable, easy to talk to, and handled being around our kids and dogs really well, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a very professional and positive experience.

My husband and I were very impressed with Ryan Patterson and the quote he gave us on repairing the roof. We got two quotes and the one he gave us had pictures and a break down of the cost involved along with the work to be done. The other company only gave one sheet with the total cost and no pictures. Ryan was very professional and prompt. We would highly recommend Apex for your roofing needs.

I had called a few other places to fix some shingles on my roof that had blown off. I either did not get a call back or it took forever it seemed to get someone out here. I called Apex ONCE, got someone on the phone immediately, John called before he came, kept me abreast with what needed to be done via email/calls, his people came out and did exactly what he said. As my home was built in 2021, I was afraid the shingles would not match. OMG! You couldn't tell work was done. He also noticed that the builder did not nail the "valley" on the roof. It was an additional charge but worth it as we won't have to worry about that area in the future. Hubby and I are totally pleased with our whole experience with Apex. From the first call to clean up they were top notch!
