This is my first time ever looking at purchasing a house, so this is also my first home inspection. I have to say it went much better than what I had made it up to be in my mind. Buddy McKenzie was my inspector, and he was GREAT. He was very vocal about how he was going to go about evaluating the house, and followed through on it as well. He was extremely thorough, spending more than enough time in every room, living area, and other parts of the house/property. Along with this, he was more than helpful with all the questions I had about the property, and with things he had found. At the end of it, he gave me plenty of time to ask any questions I had again. If you are looking for a home inspection, I highly recommend this company, and certainly ask for Buddy!

This was my first home-buying experience, so I was very worried about how it would all work out. I was truly nervous about discussing Buddy's findings. However, he made everything very clear and understandable and truly took into consideration that this was my first time purchasing a home. After speaking with him and reviewing the report I knew exactly what to request from the sellers and was also able to prioritize things I wanted to repair in the future. Whether this is your first time purchasing a home or you've done it several times before, I highly recommend NPI when you are in need of a property inspection. My experience with this company and Mr. Buddy McKenzie was exceptional. They are professional on every level, yet they maintain that personal touch of treating you like a cherished member of their family. I used their services twice within a months time frame. The first house that I was looking at purchasing they found so many "major" issues with the house (including mold in the basement ceiling, major electrical issues, roof, etc.) that I decided not to purchase that home. This is the very reason why it is so important to have a good home inspection before purchasing a house. Because of the great job they did on the first home inspection, I decided to use them again for the inspection of my second choice home. National property inspectors did a great job for a reasonable price. Buddy Mackenzie was real patient while answering questions. They also got the report to me in a timely manor. They were very flexible on scheduling...Good experience.
