The guys that came to check my water heater expansion tank which had to be installed under the house in the crawl space area due to the small closet walls where water heater was located not being strong enough to hold up the tank, were the same guys that did the installation. With me not being able to crawl under the house they checked out the earlier installation and assured me everything is looking good with no leaks. I would advise anyone to purchase their extended warranty plan they offer. Helped me get this tank checked out without any charge. In the past Nick Baugh has helped me with my water heater, stopped up sink along with removing my garbage disposal. Always done great work. Will quote you a time they will be there and you can pretty well count on it.

Cade came promptly and ended up staying most of the day as the repair needed different size pieces due to the age. He had to change out the old shower controls and refit the pipes under the lavatory. He was courteous and listened to my dogs barking every time he moved. Cade accidentally found a hidden leak and was able to correct that as well. Very professional!

Once again, Nick Baugh Plumbing to the rescue and providing perfect customer service. Discovered a leak at the meter on Saturday night. I have become so used to turning off my water that making it until Monday seemed like a breeze. Nick said they would be here first thing Monday, and they were. I received a call at 815 and Micah was on the way. I had plans to be out of the state. I left Sunday. That was not an issue. They performed the repair while I was out of town and had the job done by 10AM. Highly suggest being a VIP customer. It has paid for itself 10x over. Can't recommend this company any higher. 10 stars if I could.

Quick response and was on-site within the hour. Hard to find this now-a-days. Most companies take hours to return your phone call, then a day or two to "work you in". Not these guys, especially the day after Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend.
