Coolmax Heating & Air Conditioning

I highly recommended Coolmax for any HVAC needs. I recently had them install a new unit, ductwork, and vents, and the entire experience was flawless. Josh Ussery and his team were a total pleasure to work with from start to finish. The process—from receiving a quote on the best equipment options to the final installation—was completely seamless. I fully intend to use them for all my future servicing and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I recently had some work done on the heating element and the relays inside my furnace, originally i was content with the outcome, however that following night the thermostat was set to 80 and no heat was coming out. Only air... luckily i had portable heaters to tide me over. That following day i called them back and after addressing my obvious concerns, they basically hung up on me. I've since had to contact a different company which was willing to assess my problem at no cost and notified me that the relay was improperly installed and caused the circuit to short. Would not recommend (this is also my second time posting this because they seemed to have deleted my first one)

Out of all the HVAC companies I searched and found, I was lucky to pick Coolmax. From the friendly phone call to the quick service to friendly technicians. Pleasant experience all around. I feel so much better with our new home purchase having Coolmax around.
