USE SOMEONE ELSE! While our initial experience was great, everything else was a nightmare. We had a tech come out to our home for a termite treatment, and he unfortunately busted our waterline. We were very understanding as we knew it was just an accident. We spoke to his boss, and he was able to get a plumber out that same night. Unfortunately, they had to use a jackhammer on our concrete patio to get to the water line. Understandable. We reached back out to our tech’s boss. Send him pictures of the repair, and asked about the concrete repair. We have a patterned patio, and we knew a patch would look awful. So we asked if they could repair that half-shaped patch to make it a little more uniform. He said that wouldn’t be a problem. Then we never heard from them. Completely ghosted. My hus

Excellent service, always calls to schedule appointments, courteous technicians. Will come between scheduled visits at no charge if any problems arise.

Sometimes they send out an associate that really cleans up the spider webs around the house and asks what our problems are. The bugs that get into the house I do find dead.!! But they never call that they are coming and sometimes they come on days it is raining or going to rain. (DUH) So I miss telling them I have a problem. But this is going on 15 years with this company and I hope they are really seeing if we have no termites
