Apex Underground was so easy to work with. They arrived on jobsite the day promised and finished in a timely manner. Not only is the owner, Miss Rusty and her wonderful husband Jay great people, their crew was equally knowledgeable, personable, and fun to talk with. They went above and beyond to help us fight the city for permits, hired our engineers for the drawings, and executed the job. Highly recommend this company. She also kept her word on the original bid. It was slightly higher due to all the rock they had to jackhammer out of ground...which she warned could happen and warned that was the only way price would change. We couldn't be more happy. Apex Underground knocked our project out of the park!! The communication from Rusty from first call to scheduling was seamless. On the day of our multiple projects Jay and his team were prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Projects were completed timely and on budget. Highly recommend and will use on future projects.

This was a unique situation. Contacted this company to camera scope storn drain lines. Our daughters 17 yr old dog went missing and seemed to have possibly fallen into the storm drain system. Upon hearing our situation Rusty and Jason willingly jumped into action to offer their services to help. Jason made room in his schedule and came right out in the freezing cold weather. He did everything within his ability to assist. He and Rusty's compassion for our situation was above and beyond. The personal attention and kindness they showed us was touching and amazing.
