If you need a review of Lowe's you should probably stay away because if you don't you'll end up coming here every Saturday just to see if there's anything you will need and trust me the people are so friendly you will need something before you can get out. Definitely the best Lowe's in the KC metro area because of the team members they're all amazing and very helpful.

Wendy at the customer service counter is far beyond 5 star. I am in there often and she is always treating everyone with a smile. Any time I’ve had a return or special order she always handled it with the upmost respect. Thanks Wendy for making this Lowe’s store pleasant.

I went in looking for some tile, hoping I'd get assistance that I didn't have at home Depot. I found the 2 different tiles I wanted on my own, no biggie. Jack was quick to help out and get the tile ordered. I wanted to have it delivered cause, well, tile is heavy, but the few was $79. He said no problem, we can load it for you and luckily, I didn't need a whole bunch of tile so unloading only took me a few minutes. I told him I also wanted to purchase a new washing machine and he was eager to help with. That definitely needed to be delivered. It was comparable pricing to home Depot, but ordering on Sunday he said delivery could be as soon as the same Tuesday. I was very happy about that. Home Depot was about a week or more out. Kourtney was AMAZING! Warm friendly greet as I passed. She was able to get Brandon, also customer focused, to help me get the right fixtures we're using in one of our new buildings! What an amazing customer experience! Thanks Lowe's for hiring these fine and caring people!!
