John was so kind during the process with insurance. They fought me for 9 months on my claim and they wouldn't cover anything. John was helpful the entire time trying to get my insurance to cover my roof and when they finally closed the claim he was able to get me a new roof within my budget. Also added solar vents, replaced my decking, and covered my chimney. He also was able to provide great recommendations for other projects I had. Highly recommend to anyone.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new roof and the crew at IBEX Roofing. Their salesperson spotted hail damage and guided us through the claims process seamlessly. Full roof removal (2 layers) and installation, new gutters with screens, plus added two solar vent fans. Roof looks great and up sized gutters really make the house pop. Adding two solar fans have made my third story dormer room livable on the hottest summer days. Before fans you could fry eggs on the walls on the hottest days. Very responsive and flexible company to work with. They went to war with my insurance company when I was considering throwing in the towel and won!!

Just had a new roof and guttering with screens installed on my house two weeks ago. I went with onxy black shingles and black guttering and I absolutely love it!
