Appalachian Pressure Washing & Staining

I contacted James on May 7, 2025 to pressure wash a masonry retaining wall and a masonry chimney. He came out and gave me a verbal estimate and said he could do the job the week before or week of Memorial Day. Never showed up-never called. I've had multiple follow up's by text from James saying he is coming but he never comes and never calls or texts unless I initiate. He give excuses and he keeps saying don't give up on him. Last text was Nov 16, 2025 and he said "Jamie" would call me to schedule a day/time. Well it's Nov 24, 2025 and of course I have not heard squat. Next week will be 7 months from first contact and the job has not been completed. IF he should come out and do the job, I will update my rating based on the job performance. We hired James to pressure wash and stain our porch and stairs. His crew worked quickly and got the staining done in one day. They came back the next day to clean up and spot check everything. We love the color and everything was done well. They were professional, kind, worked hard, and came in on the lower end of the estimate we were given (always a plus!).
