Outstanding service. We had a very large oak tree near the house that I wanted checked out for safety. Jesse and team did some initial assessments focused on trimming and pruning, but discovered serious structural issues with the tree. Quoted fair price and the team was back at the house the next morning to take down the tree. I could not have been more impressed with the skill, professionalism, and attention to detail displayed by the team. The specialized equipment they brought to the task was pretty awesome to watch. Highly recommend Appalachian Tree Company and will definitely be calling on them in the future.

Excellent communication. Jesse is polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The team arrived in the designated time window, parking the trucks and equipment on the side of the road to protect our septic field and equipment from any damage. The team worked well together to remove limbs from five trees that were hanging over our property, along with performing some much-needed thinning of these trees. The brush was thoroughly raked and placed in the shredder for hauling. We look forward to doing business with them again and are happy to recommend them to anyone needing tree services.

We had a really bad storm last night and a large limb (18 inches in diameter and about 40ft long) snapped off a really tall Oak tree. I called Jack at 8:00 am and by 9:30am Jesse was at my door to assess the situation. Jesse was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me how the tree had a bad moss problem and should come down. The core of the tree limb was black inside. We agreed on a price that was more than fair and he had Carlos and the crew at my house by 11:45. Carlos explained how they were going to drop the tree and where. They had the tree down and yard cleaned up by 1:00PM. I am very impressed with the whole crew at Appalachian Tree Company. I highly recommend them!

Jesse and his team at Appalachian are extremely cordial but also extremely safe. I used them today to take down a 35 year old, huge, magnolia. They were fantastic. Their fee was very reasonable. This was my second time using them. About ten years ago they took down 20 huge white pine trees and did a great job then as well. I recommend them all the time!
