I had work done at my address a few months ago now and overpaid. I spoke to the Manager and was ensured that I would be refunded. I have a receipt showing the refund that is to be issued back to me. They will not pay the refund and now they will not answer my calls. I expected that they would just do the right thing and im learning that was my biggest mistake aside from calling them to begin with. I am now in the process of filing a claim with the magistrate, but I also felt it was necessary to warn as many people in the Irmo area of the ridiculous nature of this business and their services to our community.

Thanksgiving morning 2025 at 6:25am, I woke up to a piercing sound from my master bathroom. The toilet valve burst and water was all over the floor. I called Apple Plumbing and to my delight I spoke with a lady and an appointment was setup for that morning. Mr. Joe and Mr. Craig arrived at 11am, completed the job in 30 minutes, and the service was exemplary with outstanding customer service! Thank you Apple Plumbing for making our Thanksgiving a celebratory occasion.

Sam and Jack were fantastic!!! Went downstairs because I heard water and found my water heater busted. Called Apple and they were literally out there within the hour and Christy help me get my water off when I called. Upfront pricing and didn’t bother to get another quote because of the type of service I received! Thank you Apple!!!

Horrible horrible work! If I could leave zero stars I would. I do NOT recommend them. They completely screwed my business over and over again. They do not fix anything properly so you can keep calling them back. Even the City of Columbia says stay away from them.
