Had a great experience with Appliance Doctors of Central Texas. My washer had stopped working and they sent out Sonny, a Navy vet who clearly knows his stuff. Sonny showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got it fixed without a fuzz. Super professional, easy to talk to, and just straight-up legit. Really appreciate Sonny's work — It's not every day you get someone that is reliable. Now, we hope something else breaks, so we can call and ask for Sonny.

I never give bad reviews, but two months ago, a technician Came to fix our dishwasher that was under warranty, he moved a couple parts inside, Never officially checked it, and said it would be fine, I’ve tried repeatedly for two months for him to come back and fix, but there has been no response, I’ve texted and called and so has my wife. He seemed like a nice guy, but he is totally ignoring us

My initial service in June was great but unfortunately after less than a year the icemaker that was replaced in my refrigerator stopped working. I call in February to ask if the icemaker was covered under some kind of warranty and they said it was only 30 days and 90 days for labor. This is absurd. Offered me no help other than spending another $300-400 for another icemaker.

Had an awesome experience with our technician Sonny R. He was very respectful, on time and was able to find and repair our issues. Mr. Romero made the repair process seem easy. Great customer service with excellent knowledge. Will definitely recommend this company and Sonny Romero to anyone in need of appliance repairs!!
