APPLIANCE KING

Andrew came by two times to review our microwave/convection oven concerns, and then simply didn't come back and would not return phone calls. Very unprofessional. The response below is not accurate. One appointment was missed due to a medical event, and then Andrew was to return with a part and repair our oven. He did not and he will not return my call.

Andrew was our technician for our wall oven. He was kind, respectful and friendly. He explained what he would be doing and what repairs would need to be done.

I cannot say enough great things about Appliance King. Andrew is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable! He diagnosis and repairs accurately and quickly. Appliance King is truly one of the best companies I've worked with in any field! I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair.

Appliance King is AWESOME! Not only did Andrew and Tim fix our in house refrigerator, they also diagnosed a quick and cheap fix for our garage refrigerator(ice maker) which we had been told previously could not be fixed. It is wonderful to experience excellent customer service and repair work. Tim did exactly what he said he was going to do and did it. I will never call anyone else. Lifetime customer!

Great experience! Our fridge broke on a Friday night, and most services don't even return calls until Monday. I texted the Appliance King number, got a response, texted some more details and photos and set up the visit, all via text. Andrew was at our house the next morning and the fridge was back up and running in less than an hour. Price was very fair as well.
